We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role is crucial to our warehouse operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. Your primary duties will involve navigating the warehouse using order sheets or scanning devices, locating specified items, and preparing them for packing and distribution. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so efficiency and accuracy are key. We value a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. Experience with order picking, inventory management, or warehouse environments is a plus. You will be required to adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
