Job Summary:
Join our expanding operations as a Picker/Packer in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is fundamental to our ability to deliver high-quality service to our customers by ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. You will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving products from inventory and preparing them for shipment. If you are a fast-paced, detail-oriented individual looking for a career in the dynamic field of logistics, this position is an excellent fit.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
  • Verify picked items against order tickets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Pack products securely using appropriate materials for safe transit.
  • Label packages correctly for shipment and track inventory movements.
  • Operate scanning equipment and other warehouse tools as required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet fulfillment targets.
  • Must be able to handle consistent lifting of inventory.
  • Contribute to efficient logistics and supply chain processes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret order sheets and product labels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Familiarity with general logistics procedures is beneficial.
