Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our fulfillment center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role is critical for ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory and securely packing them for shipment. If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and looking for a role in the fast-paced world of e-commerce logistics, this is an excellent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
  • Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure items are protected during transit.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
  • Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.
  • Be prepared for regular lifting and moving of goods.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or picking/packing role is beneficial.
  • Ability to read and understand order pick lists.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
  • Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics processes is a plus.
