Join our expanding team as a Fulfillment Associate in our Sacramento, California fulfillment center. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for the entire fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Retrieve products from storage locations based on customer orders.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Label shipments with appropriate shipping information.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, with proper safety precautions.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in team efforts to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Be ready for regular lifting tasks.
- Assist in maintaining the smooth flow of logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices is essential.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
