- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring secure and protective packaging.
- Verify order accuracy by double-checking picked items against order details.
- Generate and apply shipping labels to packages.
- Prepare packed orders for shipment, organizing them by carrier or route.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and packing area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking, or inventory counts as needed.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
