We are a growing retail technology business building a scalable digital ecosystem.
We want a long-term development partner to build and expand our ecommerce, customer management, and loyalty infrastructure in multiple phases.
This is not a one-time website job.
Project Vision
Create a system where:
purchase → customer identified → credits added → engagement triggered → repeat purchase increases.
Architecture must support future integrations, automation, and scale.
Phased Build Plan
Phase 1 – Ecommerce MVP
product catalog
search & categories
product pages
cart & checkout
payment gateway
customer login (Google / OTP / email)
order confirmation
admin product & order management
Phase 2 – Customer Dashboard
Customer can view:
profile
order history
invoices
order status
Admin can search and view customer purchases.
Phase 3 – Loyalty Engine
define points per product/category
auto credit after payment
wallet balance
redemption logic
admin control over rules
After checkout → celebration popup → redirect to dashboard.
Phase 4 – Engagement Layer
progress bar ("only X more needed")
reward catalog
highlight next milestone
Phase 5 – Communication
WhatsApp/SMS integration for:
purchase confirmation
points earned
reward eligibility
promotional campaigns
Phase 6 – Future Store Integration
We use Tally for billing.
System should later allow syncing offline purchases and redemptions.
