This is a long-term collaboration (indefinite period). We're not looking for freelancers who do this "on the side" — we're looking for someone who takes content seriously and wants to grow with us.
What You'll Do
• Create and edit 1–3 short-form videos per day (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Develop viral hooks that grab attention within the first 1–3 seconds
• Turn ideas into compelling short stories that keep viewers watching until the end
• Repurpose existing content into high-performing short formats
• Use AI tools to generate or enhance parts of videos (visuals, voice, effects, scripting, etc.)
• Analyze performance and continuously improve based on data
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience creating short-form content (portfolio required)
• Deep understanding of viral mechanics
• Strong knowledge of:
• Hook psychology
• Retention strategies
• Storytelling in short-form
• Fast-paced editing styles
• Skilled in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.) to enhance content
• Enough availability to consistently produce 1–3 videos daily
• Independent, creative, and performance-driven mindset
You Understand:
• Why most videos fail in the first 3 seconds
• How to build curiosity loops
• How to maximize watch time
• How to structure a short video like a story:
• Hook
• Build-up
• Payoff
• Call-to-action
Bonus Points If You:
• Have grown an account yourself
• Understand algorithm behavior
• Can script engaging short-form content
• Stay on top of trends before they go mainstream
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
