Vettora Consultancy is looking for a skilled GoHighLevel expert to support client automation projects on a contract basis. This is not a one-off job — we are building a long-term partnership with the right specialist.
We design and implement automation systems for creative businesses (photographers, videographers, service providers). Your role will be to help execute and optimize these systems inside GoHighLevel.
Responsibilities
Build and deploy GoHighLevel workflows
CRM pipeline setup and optimization
Form + trigger automation
Lead routing and tagging logic
Messaging automation (Instagram, WhatsApp, email, SMS)
Troubleshooting broken workflows
Testing and QA before delivery
Suggest improvements to system architecture
Requirements
Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience
Proven automation workflow builds
CRM logic understanding
Clean, organized workflow design
Ability to document systems clearly
Good communication and reliability
Availability for ongoing project work
Nice to have
Experience with service-based businesses
Funnel building knowledge
API / webhook familiarity
Zapier / Make integrations
Automation architecture thinking
