We are looking for a highly communicative, service-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Sales Assistant for our Ballet & Fitness Studio in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
In this role, you will be the friendly face and professional contact for our customers – supporting them with information, care, and excellent service, while also managing sales processes for our memberships and courses. You are the "good soul" of our studio – ensuring every customer feels welcomed, informed, and valued.
This position is ideal for someone with a passion for movement, dance or fitness, who loves working with people and thrives in a structured yet creative environment.
Your Responsibilities
Provide warm and professional support to clients online
Assist with course bookings, memberships and customer inquiries
Manage the onboarding of new clients and guide them through the available offers
Handle the sales process and follow-up for contracts and memberships
Maintain accurate client records using our CRM and scheduling tools
Coordinate internally with the studio team to ensure smooth communication
Support event planning and communication with parents (especially for children's classes)
Ensure all communication aligns with our brand voice and customer values
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in German (spoken and written)
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Additional languages are a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, sales or client onboarding (preferred)
A passion for ballet, dance, fitness or wellness-related services
High level of digital competence (CRM systems, scheduling tools, communication platforms)
Professional, reliable and detail-oriented personality
