We are seeking a Delivery Lead to own and scale delivery across the Salesforce practice. This role is accountable for how Salesforce work is scoped, staffed, delivered, and evolved as the firm grows.
This is a delivery leadership role, not a program management position. It is ideal for someone who has lived inside Salesforce programs and understands the real-world tradeoffs between quality, speed, people, and profitability.
You will serve as the single-threaded owner of Salesforce delivery, responsible for engagement health, delivery quality, team performance, and margin integrity across the practice.
What You'll Do
Salesforce Delivery Ownership
Own delivery across all Salesforce engagements and managed services
Set, enforce, and evolve delivery standards across the practice
Serve as the escalation point for complex delivery or client issues
Ensure consistent delivery quality while allowing for client nuance
Client Trust & Executive Partnership
Act as a senior delivery partner to key Salesforce clients
Ensure delivery aligns to business outcomes, not just technical requirements
Lead recovery efforts for at-risk engagements
Partner with Sales to shape realistic scopes, timelines, and delivery models
Team Leadership & Capability
Lead and develop Delivery Managers, Architects, and Consultants
Set clear expectations for delivery excellence and consulting maturity
Identify skills gaps and support hiring and staffing strategy
Build a culture of ownership, clarity, and accountability
Operating Model & Scale
Define and evolve our Salesforce delivery operating model
Improve forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization
Introduce lightweight governance that enables scale without bureaucracy
Ensure consistency across projects without slowing teams down
Commercial & Margin Accountability
Own delivery margin health across Salesforce engagements
Monitor project burn, staffing efficiency, and change control
Balance growth with sustainable delivery practices
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
8+ years of Salesforce delivery experience in consulting or professional services
Proven experience leading Salesforce programs or portfolios
Strong understanding of Salesforce delivery models and engagement economics
Experience partnering with Sales on scoping, estimates, and delivery approach
Ability to lead through ambiguity while maintaining delivery discipline
Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
Prior experience owning delivery for a Salesforce practice or portfolio
Experience scaling delivery teams and operating models
Familiarity with managed services and project-based delivery models
Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required

Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
