Hi
I'm looking for an experienced React Native developer to take ownership of an existing mobile app for iOS and Android that is preparing for publication. The app will be launched soon, and I'm looking for the right person to manage the publishing process going forward, ensure smooth releases, and continue developing and improving the product after launch.
The engagement will be milestone-based, with the possibility of long-term collaboration if the project is successful.
Tech Stack & Environment:
• React Native for iOS & Android
• Firebase for authentication flows
• Figma for high-fidelity designs
• Backend APIs built with Java & SQL
Important: Hands-on backend development is not required. The backend is handled by a lead developer, but you will need to align closely and collaborate with them on API integration and requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Take over and continue an existing React Native codebase
• Implement features based on Figma designs
• Integrate Firebase authentication and backend APIs
• Ensure quality, performance, and stability
• Test and prepare the app for release
• Publish to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Implement and manage in-app purchases (freemium and premium models)
Ideal Profile:
• Strong experience with React Native production apps
• Comfortable working with existing codebases
• Experience with Firebase auth and app store submissions
• Proven experience publishing apps on both iOS and Android
• Experience implementing in-app purchases (freemium and premium models)
• Clear communicator, proactive, and reliable
• Interested in a longer-term collaboration
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
