You'll be working with raw UGC footage (30+ minutes) to create short-form ads
What You'll Be Doing:
- Editing 8-12 short-form ads for Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok
- Turning raw UGC footage into high-converting ad creatives
- Optimizing edits for attention, retention, and clarity (first 3 seconds are critical)
- Creating multiple variations with different hooks
- Adding captions/subtitles and text overlays
- Following creative direction while thinking commercially
King of edits I'm looking for:
You must have:
- Proven experience editing paid social video ads (not just organic content)
- Clear understanding of what works on Meta & TikTok (hooks, pacing, first 3 seconds)
- Ability to handle multiple creative styles and formats
- Reliable turnaround and strong attention to detail
You will be asked to share examples of paid ad creatives.
Editing Style We're Looking For:
- Platform-native, performance-focused
- Clean, premium, lifestyle-led
- Confident pacing (no slow intros)
- Clear on-screen captions/subtitles
- No over-editing
Timeline: 5-7 days for initial 8-12 ads
Budget: Open to proposals (per video or flat rate for 8-12 ads)
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
Mandatory skills: Video Editing, Social Media Marketing, Facebook, Color Grading
