Role Overview
We're looking for a Lead Salesforce Consultant who is deeply hands-on, configuration-first, and comfortable owning small to mid-size Salesforce engagements end-to-end.
This role is ideal for someone who:

You'll serve as the primary delivery lead on your engagements. Responsible for solution design, configuration, delivery, and client success, while partnering closely with our leadership on approach, quality, and outcomes.
What You'll Do
Client Leadership & Delivery
Serve as the day-to-day lead consultant on small to mid-size Salesforce engagements
Own the full engagement lifecycle:
discovery, requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and handoff
Lead client conversations with clarity, confidence, and empathy
Translate business needs into clean, scalable Salesforce solutions with minimal oversight
Salesforce Configuration & Solution Design
Design and configure Salesforce using declarative tools:
Flows
Automation & validation
Security & access models
Reports & dashboards
Deliver solutions primarily across:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
AgentForce
Other Salesforce platforms a plus
This role is configuration led. Light Apex familiarity is helpful for understanding platform capabilities and constraints but this is not a coding heavy role.

Act as a trusted advisor, not just an order-taker

Challenge assumptions respectfully and propose better approaches when appropriate
Support adoption, change management, and long-term success

Partner with leadership on:
Solution direction
Estimates and scope
Delivery approach
Mentor junior consultants when assigned
Contribute to internal delivery patterns, documentation, and best practices
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience
Proven ability to lead Salesforce engagements independently
Strong declarative Salesforce skills; configuration is your comfort zone
Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or professional services environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
Salesforce certifications:
Administrator (required)
Dev201, nice to have not required
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Consultant certs strongly preferred
Experience facilitating discovery and requirements sessions
Prior experience leading small projects or workstreams
Comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving client environments
