We are a digital publication that produces editorial features for brands.
We are looking to develop a fully automated operational workflow connecting lead outreach, client onboarding, editorial production, and publication.
This is not a single automation task, but a multi-stage operational pipeline connecting several platforms and teams.
We are specifically trying to understand the scope, feasibility, and realistic implementation cost.

The workflow would need to connect:
• Outreach CRM (e.g., Woodpecker or similar)
• Client intake form (Google Forms or similar)
• Operational database (Google Sheets or Airtable)
• Project management (Asana)
• CMS (WordPress)
• Email notifications and follow-ups
Automation platform can be , Zapier, n8n, or comparable.

1) Lead & Outreach
• Leads stored in central database
• Automatic addition to outreach campaign
• Personalized tracking links
2) Client Onboarding
• Client form submission triggers confirmation email
• Client information stored in operational database
• Uploaded images processed and stored
• Structured article brief automatically created in WordPress
3) Editorial Production Coordination
• Automatic creation of a project task
• Assigning a writer in PM tool updates authorship in WordPress
• Status synchronization between CMS and project management system
• Revision loop handling
4) Publication
• Article automatically scheduled based on status
• Permalink recorded
• Client notified with published link
5) Delivery
• Follow-up email automatically sent after publication
• All stages logged for tracking and reporting

What We're Looking For
We are not looking for a quick Zap.
We want someone who has designed operational workflows across multiple systems and understands process architecture, not just individual integrations.
You should be comfortable designing:
• event-driven automations
• webhook-based triggers
• cross-platform synchronization
• failure handling and logging
