We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our elite team of law enforcement officers who protect America's borders. As a Customs and Border Protection Officer, you will be part of the Department of Homeland Security workforce, safeguarding American interests and securing our nation.
About the Job
The typical assignments for this role include enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws; facilitating legitimate trade and travel; conducting inspections; determining admissibility; and preventing illegal entry. You will work with an experienced team to ensure the safety and security of our citizens.
Requirements

You must have at least one year of specialized experience in detaining violators, enforcing regulations, utilizing intelligence techniques, or conducting interviews.

In addition to experience, you can also qualify through education (a master's degree or higher) or a combination of both.

You should also meet citizenship requirements (be a U.S. citizen), residency requirements (have had primary U.S. residency for three out of five years), age restrictions (not over 40 unless exempted), veterans' preference eligibility if applicable,  ;Veterans Recruitment Appointment) ,and pass formal training programs including basic law enforcement skillsImmigrationlawsfirearms examinations physical fitness etc.The CBP Field Operations Academy is conducted at FLETC Glynco GA where successful completion is required.Good luck candidateswith your applications.We hope we hear fromyou soon.
