As a Team Lead (m/f/d), you have the opportunity to bring your passion for software engineering and leadership to life in one of the most modern FinTech scale-ups. Whether you want to build a new team or take over an existing one — from management processes to recruiting and onboarding all the way to developing innovative technical solutions — leading one of our teams gives you the ideal platform to bring your vision to life. You will work closely with other leaders to ensure the continuous improvement and success of our product.
Your mission
* Build or expand a development team together with your Tech Lead and Product Owner
* Take responsibility for planning and implementing new features, including hands-on work on tickets
* Shape, lead, and optimize processes within the team
* Promote an agile mindset and ensure bi-weekly releases with your team
* Take responsibility for training, supporting, and developing your team members, as well as organizing team events
Your profile
* A completed degree in computer science or a related field
* 4+ years of professional experience and initial experience in (technical) leadership of small (project) teams
* Experience managing development projects with attention to non-functional requirements, as well as training junior colleagues
* Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language — ideally .NET C# (switching from Java is possible) — and experience with a web framework including HTML5 and CSS
* Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for our product
* Very good English skills
