The app should have a user-friendly interface, fast search capabilities, and should be able to handle a large number of images efficiently. Ideally, I would like the app to be scalable for future enhancements, such as advanced filters or custom features.
Requirements:
You must have prior experience developing a picture search app or image recognition tool similar to Google Lens, TinEye, or other reverse image search apps. Please provide examples or links to previous work where I can see a similar functionality in action.
Skills:
* Expertise in image recognition technology or machine learning (such as using TensorFlow, OpenCV, or similar libraries)
* Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android) and/or web development (depending on platform preference)
* Familiarity with cloud-based storage solutions for handling large image datasets
* API development experience (if applicable for custom integrations)
Responsibilities:
* Develop the core functionality of the picture search app.
* Build a responsive and intuitive UI for users to upload and search images.
* Implement and optimize image recognition algorithms for fast and accurate results.
* Ensure the app performs well with large-scale image databases.
* Provide ongoing support and updates after the initial release, if needed.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning models for image recognition.
* Experience integrating with third-party image processing APIs.
* Ability to design a scalable app architecture for future growth.
Portfolio:
A portfolio of previous relevant work is required. Please share examples of apps or projects where you've implemented image search or similar functionality.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
