Epsilon is seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Irving, Texas. As an Associate SDR, you will support the sales team by identifying and creating new qualified opportunities across a range of advertising, marketing, and media solutions. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, this role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and looking to kickstart their career in sales. Who You Are: You have a strong interest in sales and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You are diligent and bring a metrics-driven mindset to managing all aspects of the lead funnel. You are a self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. You can plan, prioritize, and direct your daily activities to drive desired outcomes. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally. Bonus points if you have experience with marketing or advertising products. Responsibilities: Identify and create new qualified opportunities for the sales team. Conduct high-volume prospecting (cold calls, emails, social media) to generate leads. Work closely with the Manager, Sales Development to develop and refine the sales development playbook. Collaborate with sales teams to create 1:1 campaigns to drive demand. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Provide clear and concise communication to prospects and internal teams. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities. Qualifications: Experience in a sales or customer-facing role. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and direct your daily activities to align with targeted objectives. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targeted objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time optimally. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges. Ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships. Experience with companies selling multiple, sophisticated technology products is a plus. Understanding of basic sales principles and techniques, including lead generation and qualification, is a plus. Work Requirements: This role requires being in the office full time. Base Salary: $55,000 In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
