Summary
The MIL Corporation
is seeking a
Junior
Software Engineer (Software Engineering, Junior Analyst)
to support a Federal Government client in St. Inigoes, MD.
This position currently requires an on-site schedule, with 5 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Support customer requests for computer science, data science analysis, and programming, as needed Work with team to develop solutions to solve customer problems Travel
Support travel requests, as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience with the following:
Programming Languages:
Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS Frameworks:
React, Node.js, Flask Developer Tools:
Git, VS Code, PyCharm, Excel, Tableau Libraries:
Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Material UI, PyTorch, OpenCV
Experience using OpenCV image detection ability Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements Desired Qualifications
Experience managing an Active Directory domain Experience performing live server vulnerability assessments Experience delivering remote technical support Experience developing applications Experience applying machine learning techniques to analyze user input Internship or prior work experience in software development or software engineering Education
BA/BS in Computer Science or Data Science or equivalent combined experience/education/certification
Clearance
All applicants for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a
Secret
clearance; please note that the clearance process considers financial background aspects.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $60,000 - $75,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
