You must possess:

• A minimum one year's experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes detaining suspected violators using proper law enforcement methods; enforces laws relating to importing/exporting merchandise/international shipping; utilizes intelligence techniques/behavior analysis; conducts interviews for gaining information from suspects/determines course of action;
• The ability to make rapid judgments/decisions regarding regulation/instruction/procedure application/import/export regulations/enforcement/administration laws related to entry/residence/departure U.S., Guam/Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands;
