Customs Border Protection Agent

A Border Protection Officer is a member of the workforce that protects borders, deters illicit activity and enhances economic prosperity.

This role involves safeguarding our nation's borders by detecting and preventing smuggling operations. Officers work in diverse environments such as airports, seaports, land ports or within the Office of Field Operations' Searchlight Program - all with one common goal: protecting America's safety and security.
