Develop andmaintaindashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate data into actionable insights.
Conduct detailed analysesonworkforce trends, engagement, and retention to inform decision-making.
Build forecasting models and "what-if" analyses to support strategic HR initiatives.
Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs and deliver impactful data-driven recommendations.
Lead documentation, validation, and quality assurance for dashboards and reports.
Identifyopportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency using data insights.
Maintain data integrity, privacy, and compliance across all analytics activities.
Contribute to a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement within HR.
Key Qualifications Minimum 5 years of analytics experience, with at least 2 yearsinHR analytics or workforce insights.
Proficiencyin Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Discovery Boards (Prisma plus).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with database querying or statistical tools.
Experience withVisieris preferred
Core Skills Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
Project management capability, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Commitment to confidentiality, data security, and ethical data use.
Additional Information Schedule: Hybrid,primarily remote with flexibility needed to come on site a few times a year
