This is not a marketing website project, and not a purely visual polish task.
The work centers on information structure, state modeling, and interface clarity.
The product records decisions over time and introduces lifecycle states(For example, draft, finalized, replaced). The goal of this engagement is to design interfaces that communicate structure, permanence, and state clarity through layout and hierarchy rather than visual styling alone.
Scope includes:
- A ledger-style index screen presenting structured records
- A finalized (read-only) detail view that clearly communicates locked status
- Clear structural differentiation between lifecycle states
- Low-fidelity structural exploration followed by refined Figma designs
Estimated effort: 10-12 hours
Expected timeline: 3 days
This is a focused evaluation engagement. If the work is executed successfully, the designer will be considered for the core MVP UX role moving forward.
Requirements:
- Strong product UX thinking(not just UI styling)
- Experience designing state-driven or system-based interfaces
- Comfortable working within structured product logic
- Must be available to collaborate within EST timezone(9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Individual freelancers only(no agencies)
