Schedule (Non-Negotiable):
Monday–Friday
6:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST
Full 8-hour shift daily
Applicants must be fully available during these hours. No exceptions.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead research and prospect qualification
Daily outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, CRM-driven campaigns)
CRM management and pipeline tracking
Scheduling sales calls and managing follow-ups
Updating reports and tracking KPIs
Supporting proposal preparation and partner onboarding
Requirements:
Strong written and professional English
Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support
High attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines
Comfortable working independently with performance targets
Stable high-speed internet and reliable workstation setup
Ability to provide daily progress updates
This is a performance-driven role. Consistency, responsiveness, and accountability are critical.
