Marine Infrastructure Project Manager

Your place is with TERMONT as a Marine Infrastructure Project Manager.
Reporting to the Project Management team, you will play a key role in the planning, monitoring, and execution of marine and industrial infrastructure projects.
Working both in the office and on the terminals, you will ensure compliance with project scope, schedules, budgets, and health and safety requirements.

Your Responsibilities
As a Marine Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing and monitoring assigned projects from planning through commissioning
Overseeing field and office follow-up of construction work and port equipment installation
Coordinating and following up with subcontractors, contractors, and external suppliers
Ensuring compliance with deliverables, plans and specifications, and contractual requirements
Developing, updating, and monitoring project schedules
Monitoring project budgets and actively contributing to cost control
Communicating effectively with internal teams (Projects, Operations, Maintenance, IT, and HSE)
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on the terminals
Participating in coordination meetings and producing required follow-ups
Profile Sought
To succeed in this role, you have:
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to coordinate project teams and external contractors
Strong knowledge of project management, budget management, and schedule management
Proficiency with project management tools
The ability to work in complex industrial environments
Multidisciplinary knowledge in mechanical, electrical, information technology, and industrial construction (civil and structural works)
Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills
Requirements and Qualifications
College diploma (DEC) in a relevant technical discipline (civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (asset)
Relevant experience in construction project management
Experience in heavy industrial and/or port and maritime environments
Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) (asset)
PMP certification (asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong general computer skills
Work Environment
Projects carried out in an active port and industrial environment
Presence required on worksites and in the office depending on project needs
