What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Credit Analyst within our Credit division. This position falls under our Cambridge line of business and is located in Toronto or Vancouver. You will assess market and credit risk, evaluate the creditworthiness of corporate clients, and ensure portfolio compliance within Corpay's risk policies. This role reports to the Credit Manager and involves close collaboration with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.  You will report directly to Head of Group Credit and regularly collaborate you're your team and other departments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Supporting the team in core risk management activities, including credit underwriting, operational credit review, receivables management, and portfolio monitoring.
Conducting financial analysis and interpret financial statements to assess client creditworthiness.
Collaborating with cross-functional partners—including Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Operations
Preparing credit recommendations and, where authorized, approve credit within assigned limits.
Contribute to new risk management initiatives, including the development and implementation of underwriting models.
Ensuring existing client portfolios remain compliant with Corpay's risk policies and internal controls.
Maintaining composure, sound judgment, and independence while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
Professional designations such as CFA, CA, or FRM are considered strong assets.
Proven experience in credit underwriting and credit risk management.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to think independently.
Experience in Foreign Exchange (FX) is a significant advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Collaborative, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD $65,000-$80,000.
