Labourer - Speed Bay Support

Sunbury is seeking a reliable and motivated Laborer to support daily maintenance and shop operations. This hands-on position plays an important role in keeping our equipment, facilities, and yard running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, takes pride in a job well done, and works well as part of a team.

• Wash and prepare trucks and trailers before they enter the maintenance garage, following safety and quality standards.
• Assist with routine trailer inspections, both on-site and in mobile settings, and report visible issues to the maintenance team.
• Support the installation and basic troubleshooting of in‑cab equipment such as cameras and tracking systems.
• Perform general facility and yard maintenance, including cleaning, organizing, and minor repairs.
• Provide hands‑on support with general labour and maintenance tasks as needed to support daily operations across departments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in fleet maintenance/ shop environment considered an asset
• Forklift certification considered an asset
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
• Dependable, safety‑focused, and able to work as part of a team
