We are growing fast and looking for motivated, driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our inside sales team. This is not just an appointment-setting role
you will be responsible for owning the full sales process, from cold outreach to closing deals for commercial kitchen exhaust hood cleaning and kitchen fire suppression services. You'll be selling essential, recurring services to restaurants, hospitals, schools, senior living communities, hotels, and other commercial kitchens. These are compliance-driven services that businesses must have, making this a strong opportunity for consistent sales and repeat customers. this is a role where your effort directly turns into income. What You'll Do
Make high-volume outbound calls to commercial kitchens (restaurants, hospitals, schools, senior living, etc.) Qualify decision-makers and present our services confidently Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision process Close deals directly over the phone (not just set appointments) Manage and update leads in our CRM Follow provided scripts, training, and sales processes Work warm and hot leads in addition to cold outreach Build a repeat customer pipeline for long-term commissions Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals What We Provide

No prior sales experience required
