Funbox is Houston's largest indoor bounce park and party center. With a 10,000 SF bounce park, arcade, and five private birthday rooms, we create unforgettable experiences for kids and families. We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented assistant to help us manage customer calls, emails, and birthday bookings.
Availability Required: Daily, including weekends
Phone Support
- Answer incoming phone calls about birthday party packages (pricing, availability) and general customer questions.
- Call reserved birthdays to confirm booking details (guest count, policies, times)
Booking Management
- Reserve birthday parties using our online ticketing platform.
- Send out confirmation emails for birthdays.
Email Support: Respond to birthday inquiries and general customer service questions promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, and professional).
- Comfortable with phone-based customer service.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage bookings accurately.
- Availability Required: Daily, including weekends
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Languages: Spanish, English.
