Etsy SEO Optimization – 30 Day Growth Project

This will begin as a 30-day focused optimization project with the potential to continue monthly if performance improves.
Scope for the first 30 days:
• Full Etsy SEO audit of the shop
• Keyword research and clustering for our niche
• Rewrite and optimize titles, tags, and descriptions
• Improve listing structure for click-through and conversion
• Identify positioning improvements (education vs gift intent)
• Provide a clear 60–90 day roadmap for revenue growth
We are not looking for generic SEO. We need someone who understands Etsy's algorithm, buyer intent, seasonal trends, and conversion optimization within the Etsy marketplace.
Please include in your response:
1. What is a healthy Etsy conversion rate?
2. How would you approach improving a shop with 26 lifetime orders?
3. What tools do you use for Etsy keyword research?
4. Share one example where you increased Etsy sales (metrics if possible).
Budget is hourly at $25/hr for 10–20 hours in the first month.
We value structured thinking, measurable improvements, and honest communication. If the first 30 days show traction, we are open to a longer-term engagement.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
