Job Description: The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Managers of Acute Care Medicine at Royal University Hospital to assist in establishing, maintaining and improving systems and processes to support the planning and administrative functions of Acute Care Medicine Units 1000/3000, 5100/5200, 6100 and 6200.

Experience
- Clerical experience in a healthcare org with increased levels of responsibility
- "3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role "
Education
- Certificate/Diploma from a recognized Business Administration training program
Other Education and Training
- Medical terminology is an asset
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
