We're looking for our next Analyst, Procurement & Vendor Management. Could It Be You?
The Analyst, Procurement & Vendor Management, plays a critical role in the execution of the organization's Procurement and Vendor Management activities across the entire vendor lifecycle. This position is responsible for both (i) executing procurement processes including purchasing new goods and services, onboarding vendors, and managing renewals; as well as (ii) managing vendor data, facilitating due diligence, reporting, coordinating vendor reviews, and ensuring compliance with vendor management policies. The Analyst will work closely with the Manager, Vendor Management, the entire Procurement & Vendor Management team, and internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and transparency across the vendor lifecycle

Execute each stage of the vendor lifecycle including purchasing and sourcing of goods and services, vendor discovery and demo processes, agreement management, commercial negotiation, renewal, offboarding, and mid-term changes.
Support business teams in conducting RFPs, RFIs, and other vendor sourcing activities including proofs of concept and trials.
Facilitate the vendor tiering assessment process with requesters.
Facilitate the vendor due diligence process and engage subject matter experts to review and opine on responses to due diligence questionnaires.
Perform initial contract review and redlining in accordance with internally published contract negotiation playbook.
Support lines of business and contract owners in vendor performance tracking and monitoring.
Maintain accurate vendor and contract records enabling a robust contract compliance program, including key date tracking, obligation tracking, SLA monitoring, etc.
Assist the lines of business in preparing for and conducting annual, quarterly or other business review meetings and processes with vendors.
Act as key contact and liaison for lines of business and contract owners in the event of a performance breach or other matters requiring escalation with vendors.
Engage with lines of business and contract owners for regular strategy updates.
Monitor industry and vendor trends.
Play a key role in the implementation of new technologies or enhancement of existing technologies for contract lifecycle management, contract compliance, due diligence, obligations and risk tracking as they relate to vendor matters, and strategic improvements of our vendor ecosystem, and constantly iterate and improve on these workflows to achieve efficiencies at scale.
Contribute to the integration of AI-enabled processes for contract review, negotiation, and data extraction

Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a procurement or vendor management role, facilitating due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and lifecycle management in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success in navigating a changing stakeholder landscape and delivering forward-looking Vendor Management to meet stakeholder needs.
Experience using third party risk management software, such as OneTrust, to conduct due diligence assessments and other activities.
Strong understanding of vendor risk, compliance, and performance metrics, with specialized knowledge of financial services compliance and risk factors as an asset.
Proficiency in implementing vendor lifecycle technologies and processes.
Strong knowledge and ability in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Strong interest in AI as an enabling tool in the workplace and personal life

Please note: This role will be required to be in office 3 days a week
Compensation Information:
Base salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
