Position: Golf Service Technician Wage: $40-$50 hour, depending on experienceThe Role You're just as comfortable with a laptop as you are with a torque wrench—and you love the smell of freshly cut fairways.
We're looking for a Journeyman Service Technician who thrives on diagnosing and repairing golf and turf equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, sprayers, and more. Whether it's a greens mower or a fairway reel, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping our customers' operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do: Diagnose and repair golf course and turf maintenance equipment, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on a wide range of John Deere and allied turf equipment. Use diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot and provide accurate repair solutions. Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
What You Bring: Journeyman certification Experience with golf course equipment (e.g., greens mowers, fairway units, utility vehicles) is a strong asset. Tech-savvy with diagnostic software and tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for precision. Excellent communication and time management skills. Previous John Deere dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
