Description
We're seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee the on‑site delivery of infrastructure and maintenance projects across the business. Working closely with contractors, internal teams, and key stakeholders, you'll manage daily project activity, coordinate resources, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to required standards within an active operational environment.
Your new day-to-day:
- Supervise the day‑to‑day delivery of infrastructure and maintenance projects on site
- Coordinate contractors and internal resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and to plan
- Plan, schedule, and assign daily and weekly work activities to meet project timelines
- Monitor progress on site, resolve issues as they arise, and keep projects moving
- Manage contractor onboarding, inductions, and compliance with site requirements
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, operations, and other departments
- Gather information, assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
- Conduct site and infrastructure inspections to assess progress, quality, or asset condition
- Support delivery of components of larger capital projects as required
- Complete minor repairs or construction tasks within trade qualifications when needed
- Promote safe work practices and ensure site standards are followed during project delivery
- Undertake other reasonable duties to support successful project outcomes
Skills And Experiences
What you'll need:
- Demonstrated experience supervising or delivering construction or infrastructure projects, including day‑to‑day coordination of works
- Trade experience and relevant trade qualifications preferred
- Experience managing contractors, work schedules, and on‑site activities in an operational environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and scopes of work
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with a practical, delivery‑focused approach
- Proven problem‑solving skills and confidence managing issues as they arise on site
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
