Associate Dentist for Private Practice

Great opportunity for both new grads and well seasoned Dentists! Patient oriented, popular community focused *private dental practice, single owner*. We are a group of caring professionals with a focus on patient wellness and teamwork. Offering an environment conducive to a great work and home/life balance.
A number of associates have started with us, completed our mentorship/collaboration experience, and have grown to purchase their own practices. . .within the last 5 years! This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants an autonomous experience without the challenges that come with corporate dentistry. We consistently receive 80-100+ new patients a month.
* Guaranteed daily minimum pay for first 4 months
* 11 operatory modern practice
* CB/CT, laser, intra-oral scanners
* Open to candidates with various levels of clinical experience and comfort levels
* Superstar assistants with expanded duties

* Collections based salary, _PPO & Private Pay Patients (no Medicaid)_

* Clinical autonomy, _no production requirements_
* Mentorship/collaboration upon request
* Professional development and continuing education
* *Therapy dog as well as Music therapy program for patients*
* Potential schedule days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
* Requirements:DDS, DMD licensed or license eligible in Rhode Island

* 5-6 PM
Typical start time:
* 7-8 am
Pay: $187,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
