The Senior Full Stack Web Developer III will support highly technical development initiatives within the Real Time Intelligence team and the Drilling AI pod.
This role involves contributing to complex software solutions, providing technical leadership, guiding architecture decisions, collaborating across teams, and ensuring high-quality application performance.
The developer will participate in building, testing, optimizing, and maintaining full-stack applications using modern technologies across frontend, backend, cloud, and database environments.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with software developers, engineers, designers, and product owners on highly technical software projects. Contribute to codebases, documentation, and testing strategies for new features, systems, and enhancements. Provide technical leadership and consultation on architecture and design decisions. Guide development teams in implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable application solutions. Brainstorm and conceptualize new features and system improvements to support long-term application health. Develop and execute automated and functional tests to ensure performance, quality, and scalability. Mentor developers, conduct deep code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding best practices and secure coding guidelines. Collaborate with architects on design, development, delivery, and ongoing support of technical solutions. Ensure teams follow software security best practices established by the security organization. Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, and .NET with C#. Experience with Git/GitHub and object-oriented programming principles. Proficiency with Azure cloud services. Strong SQL experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS. Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. Experience with software testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, unittest-pythoncorelib, Cypress). Strong understanding of full-stack architectures and modern software engineering practices. Excellent troubleshooting, critical thinking, and time-management skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work effectively in team environments.
