The Inside Sales Representative is an active member of the Inside Sales Department focused on new business development, cultivating customer relationships, and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities & Duties Meet monthly personal sales targets. Develop new business. Work with new and existing account base. Develop and maintain customer relationships and troubleshoot specific customer problems. Prospect revenue opportunities (cold and warm lead calls) building customer lead pipeline. Assist other territory representatives in achieving overall company sales goals. Participate in special projects such as new service offerings and sales initiatives. Other duties as required. Requirements Must have a proven track record of inside sales experience and ability to drive new business. 2-5 years business-to-business, telemarketing and inside sales experience preferred. Exceptional verbal and written professional communication skills. Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access and Outlook). Previous experience with Salesforce.com a plus, but not required. Excellent telephone sales personality skills required. Excellent organization and presentation skills.
