Job Summary
The E-Commerce team is looking for a Merchandiser who will be responsible for bringing the brand's online assortment and storytelling to life across the website. This role blends commercial thinking with digital execution—ensuring that product launches, seasonal campaigns, and daily merchandising strategies drive conversion, engagement, and revenue growth.
You will own the presentation of products and collections online, leveraging performance data, trend insights, and customer behavior to continuously optimize the site experience. Working closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Digital Product teams, you will ensure the website reflects brand priorities while maximizing commercial performance.
In your day-to-day tasks, you are committed to enhancing the customer journey and path to purchase by optimizing product landing pages and working with Marketing to ensure web experiences are optimal, enhancing internal search and navigation, and reporting on product and/or site performance.
Main Responsibilities
Build and maintain product landing pages and category experiences aligned with brand strategy and campaign calendars;
Execute product launches, seasonal updates, promotions, and assortment refreshes across the site;
Manage product sorting, collection curation, cross-selling, and visual merchandising rules;
Ensure product categorization, tagging, and attributes support navigation, filters, and search;
Monitor key KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, and revenue by category;
Identify opportunities to optimize product visibility, assortment placement, and storytelling;
Partner with Digital Product and Optimization teams to drive A/B testing and implement technical innovations;
Work closely with Buying/Merchandising teams to understand product priorities and inventory flow;
Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to align site storytelling with campaigns and brand moments;
Partner with Planning and Operations teams to ensure merchandising reflects stock levels and business goals;
Coordinate with E-commerce and UX teams to improve navigation and customer journey;
Ensure visual consistency and brand storytelling across all digital touchpoints;
Support editorial content, lookbooks, and seasonal storytelling moments;
QA website changes to ensure accuracy and quality;
Support peak moments (launches, sales events, holiday periods) with rapid merchandising
Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in E-commerce, digital merchandising, or online retail (fashion or lifestyle preferred);
Strong understanding of online customer journeys, fashion merchandising principles, and commercial KPIs;
Experience working with CMS or E-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Kibo, etc.);
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, basic formulas, and data analysis) is an asset;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills;
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec.
