What You'll Build & How You'll Build It
Ship Impact: Collaborate closely with product and design teams to build and deploy full-stack applications that drive real business value.
Modern Stack: Architect and maintain robust systems using , TypeScript, React, and MongoDB.
AI-Native Workflow: Utilize next-gen AI copilots (Cursor, Windsurf, Vercel v0) to accelerate coding, refactoring, and documentation.
Ownership: Drive technical decisions, contribute to architectural discussions, and help define engineering best practices.
Mentorship: Participate in code reviews and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Who You Are
Full Stack Proficient: Strong expertise in OOP, , and modern Front-End frameworks (React).
AI Enthusiast: You don't just tolerate AI; you are actively interested in how LLMs and tools like Cursor can optimize the SDLC.
Collaborative: You thrive in an on-site team environment in Hamilton, ON.
Educated: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
