We're looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our business. This is a customer-first role where your personality and people skills matter more than technical gear knowledge—we'll teach you everything you need to know about our products.

About You:
You're a natural people person with retail or customer service experience.
You genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems and creating positive experiences. You're curious, organized, and comfortable learning new things. Whether customers walk into our showroom or reach out online, you make them feel heard and taken care of.
No rope or rescue experience required—just bring your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for great customer service.
Bonus points if you have:
• Experience in outdoor retail, sporting goods, or specialty retail
• A personal interest in climbing, rescue, outdoor adventure, or technical activities
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or online order management
What You'll Be Doing:
• Greeting customers warmly in our showroom and helping them find what they need
• Processing in-store and online orders accurately and efficiently
• Answering phone calls and emails with helpful, friendly service
• Learning about our product line so you can answer questions and make recommendations
• Managing inventory, packing shipments, and keeping the showroom organized
• Following up with customers to ensure they're happy with their purchases
• Supporting the team with day-to-day operations
