About Us
Mark Anthony Group is an entrepreneurial drinks company, built from the ground up by thinking differently, innovating and doing the unexpected. Our company is rooted in family values, a bold vision and relentless determination to continuously raise the bar and make a positive difference in consumers' lives. Founded in 1972, we've grown organically from a one-person import wine business into an international drinks company. Our hallmarks include a portfolio of iconic beverage brands—White Claw Hard Seltzer, Mike's Hard Lemonade, and Olé Cocktail Co. alongside a collection of luxury wineries in the Okanagan Valley, notably Mission Hill Family Estate, CedarCreek Estate Winery, Martin's Lane Winery, and CheckMate Artisanal Winery.
At Mark Anthony Brands we hire passionate people because nothing great is done without passion. We trust those closest to the work to do what's right, to act like an owner. We are growing a lasting legacy, where people come first.
What You'll Do
As our new System Administrator, ServiceNow, you will responsible for the day-to-day operational stability, governance, and continuous improvement of our enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role plays a critical part in strengthening internal ServiceNow capability as platform ownership transitions from external vendors to in-house support. Working within a hybrid MSP and internal delivery model, you will ensure platform health, security, upgrade readiness, and compliance while enabling scalable enhancements across the enterprise.
You will act as a core technical contributor within the Service Management Office (SMO), supporting platform sustainment, controlled releases, and governance-aligned configuration delivery.
Additional Key Responsibilities Include

Lead patching cycles and platform upgrades with disciplined testing, documentation, and change control.
Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and ACLs in alignment with established access and data governance standards.
Implement configuration changes (workflows, business rules, client scripts, Flow Designer, Update Sets) following CAB and release management processes.
Support the SMO sustainment backlog, including incident resolution, system administration requests, foundational data updates, and minor enhancements.
Maintain and uphold platform standards for scripting, configuration design, and environment governance.
Support integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory (LDAP), HR platforms, and other business applications.
Contribute to design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability and delivery timelines.
What You Will Learn In This Role
Enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture and platform governance practices in a hybrid Managed Services Provider (MSP) and in-house environment.
Cross-functional stakeholder alignment within a rapidly evolving Service Management Office (SMO).
Technical depth across IT Service Management (ITSM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), and enterprise integration patterns.
Influence platform direction through design, delivery, and sustainment best practices.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of hands-on experience administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
Strong working knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management), ITIL frameworks, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) structures.
Experience configuring ServiceNow components including Flow Designer, Studio, Update Sets, ACLs, business rules, and scripting.
Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex platform and configuration issues.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) strongly preferred; ITIL Foundation certification an advantage.
Who You Are
Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in an organization.
Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and directly execute.
