About the Opportunity
Accountability: Monthly Performance Analysis & Commercial Insights: Leads the structuring, automation, and enhancement of revenue and commercial performance reporting. Designs analytical workflows in Alteryx and other tools to convert unstructured data into meaningful insights. Partners with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to assess trends, risks, and opportunities; communicates results to leadership with clarity and influence.
Accountability: Advanced Analytics, Data Automation & Business Cases: Develops sophisticated financial models and automated datasets to support pricing strategies, new revenue initiatives, customer profitability, commercial strategy, test mix optimization, and business development opportunities
Accountability: Data Engineering & Unstructured Data Transformation: Designs and maintains automated data pipelines using Alteryx or equivalent tools. Cleans, structures, and models large datasets—including raw operational or commercial data—to support strategic analytics. Creates scalable, repeatable processes that improve analytical efficiency across FP&A
Accountability: Ad Hoc Strategic Projects: Provides analytical leadership and decision support on strategic initiatives sponsored by the Director of Finance or senior executives. Brings an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset to identify value-creation opportunities.
About You
CPA / MBA / working towards
3-8 years of progressive finance or analytics experience
Experience working in an environment with a strong operational and regulatory focus (i.e. manufacturing, pharma and Retail/CPG industry), is an asset
Advanced technical expertise using Alteryx (mandatory), including complex workflows, automation, and transformation of unstructured datasets
Experience managing, analyzing, and modeling large or complex data environments
Proven ability to simplify complex data for executive-level communication
Strong financial modelling skills supporting commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, and business development
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Oracle Cloud, EPM), BI tools (Power BI), and advanced Excel modeling
Demonstrated ability to innovate, challenge assumptions, and proactively identify opportunities
Strong ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear financial insights
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated resilience, agility, and entrepreneurial mindset
