Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the site team and Site Supervisor, including correspondence, document preparation, and meeting coordination
Issue purchase orders and submit vendor invoices for payment
Manage phone and email communications
Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems in compliance with retention requirements
Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
Assist with recruitment of general labourers and trades, including sending onboarding documentation
Track and manage general labour time and attendance
Conduct daily periodic site monitoring
A Little Bit About You:
Intermediate computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in administration of residential or light commercial construction
Punctual, reliable, and highly detail-oriented
Comfortable tracking office budgets, expenses, and supplies
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
Ability to read blueprints is an asset
Experience with Procore and/or MS Project is an asset
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay Range: Up to $25 per hour
