Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000

Position Overview:
The Business Analyst, Vendor Performance (VP-BA) is responsible for partnering with cross‑functional supply chain, merchandising, and vendor teams to identify, analyze, and resolve specific business and performance issues. This includes executing advanced analysis, detailed process reengineering and developing workflows to drive delivery of key initiatives. Specific responsibilities involve the areas of benchmarking, key performance indicators, process mapping, standard operating procedures and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor performance and work with Vendors to help improve key performance metrics
Support the development and implementation of future vendor compliance programs
Analyze, document and validate core processes
Model scenarios and recommend direction for process improvement
Liaise with cross-functional teams, Vendors, Merchants to ensure an efficient & successful system to maximize inventory to meet company performance targets
Drive Value Stream Mapping, definition of "As-is Analysis," Future State, and the deployment/transition to future state
Carry out advanced data collection, data analysis, process mapping and process modeling to deliver feasible solutions
Work with teams to develop business requirements documentation
Identify, analyze and design processes to enhance information flow

Minimum Education:
University degree in Business Administration, Math, Finance, Industrial Engineering
or equivalent
Minimum Years Of Work Experience:
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Internal Candidates: must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance
management code requirements (M+ Meets Expectations, Consistently Demonstrates)
Minimum Leadership Experience:
Previous experience in a reporting and analysis function providing business decision
Bilingual in French and English is an asset
Certifications:
None
Other Requirements/Assets:
Highly proficient and experienced in SAP, Google BigQuery, Alteryx (highly preferred)
Superior skills in Excel (large data manipulation, creating complex formulas)
MS Office proficiency, including PowerPoint, Word and Visio
