Key Responsibilities:
Digital Asset Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the firm's digital assets. These currently include an external website and intranet. Operations include CMS page building, troubleshooting, and template enhancements.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades.
Manage relationships with digital and content aggregator vendors to ensure service quality and alignment with business needs.
Ensure compliance with evolving accessibility standards (e.g., AODA and WCAG 2.0 Level AA) through accessibility audits and policy development.
Develop and enforce governance policies for digital asset content.
Participate in annual planning and contribute to new digital initiatives and enhancements.
Content Management & Optimization:
Manage the editorial calendar, scheduling, and publishing of digital content.
Optimize content to improve search visibility and engagement using evolving best practices, including for SEO and GEO best practices.
Conduct usability and A/B testing as required for conversion rate optimization and ongoing digital enhancements.
Liaise with Knowledge Management team for blog deployment.
Maintain brand standards across all digital content, including bios, career pages, and representative work.
Monitor and interpret KPIs using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Search Console, and SEMRush), translating performance data into clear, actionable insights that inform and drive effective digital strategies.
In the context of the business objectives, identify user experience gaps to improve engagement.
Project Coordination & Collaboration:
Coordinate enterprise-level digital initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
Provide training and support for CMS users and ensure adherence to best practices.
Act as a consultative partner for stakeholders, offering guidance on UX principles and digital marketing strategies for B2B audiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
College or University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in web content management within a professional services or B2B environment.
Proficiency in CMS platforms (Optimizely preferred), HTML/CSS basics, and web infrastructure fundamentals.
Strong understanding of web best practices, and core web fundamentals, combined with hands-on experience using analytics and insight tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Looker Studio, Power BI, and similar platforms)
Awareness of emerging digital capabilities including AI-driven personalization, voice search, and evolving CMS features to inform strategy, optimization, and decision-making.
Strong understanding of UX principles, SEO, accessibility standards, and analytics tools.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align digital initiatives to organizational goals.
Exceptional communication skills and a client-service mindset.
Experience in working with multiple stakeholders with a consultative mindset.
Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and influencing decision-making.
Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels; foster teamwork; and identify opportunities to develop new processes/infrastructure.
Ability to recognize, prioritize and action issues with minimal supervision.
Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
Must be available to work overtime as required.
Salary Range (Toronto Only):
$85,000 - $105,000 annually.
