Join BBA and put your experience to work as an innovation solutions manager. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative solutions. You'll also oversee the entire solutions life cycle, from early ideas to full commercialization or implementation.
Your mission will be to lead the development of technological solutions tailored to the needs of our strategic markets. You'll work closely with internal teams, partners and clients to deliver these solutions and make sure each project benefits from a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.

Develop innovative solutions that address the needs of strategic markets and clients
Turn market requirements into clear technical and commercial specifications and prepare requirements documents, roadmaps and test plans in collaboration with experts
Build, lead and update an innovation plan by identifying the opportunities, uncertainties and risks associated with each project
Coordinate the full innovation process in a structured way while encouraging collaboration among all stakeholders
Ensure market needs, technological capabilities and business objectives are aligned
Help prepare innovation budgets and optimize the use of financial levers to support solution development and commercialization

Overview Of Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology or marketing (master's degree an asset)
Five or more years of experience in solution development, the Internet of Things (IoT) or technology products
Demonstrated leadership in developing complex B2B solutions and services
Knowledge in product development, systems engineering, IoT and digital transformation
Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
Asset: knowledge of consulting engineering, geomatics and the mining and metals sector
Asset: experience in innovation financing and intellectual property management
