We are looking for an Insurance Associate to join our team in our Langley Office
As an Insurance Associate within our Commercial Auto Division, you will play a key role in supporting the fleet team and delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients through the accurate preparation, processing, and management of documentation and records.

Your day as an Insurance Associate
Administrative & Operational Support
Process daily batching and deposits
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Prepare and manage monthly fleet expiry folders
Assist with year-end processes, including preparing files for storage and printing certificates for ICBC submissions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for commercial fleet clients
Fleet Policy Support
Create and maintain vehicle report schedules
Set calendar reminders for monthly fleet renewals
Prepare documentation packages, including binders and labeled PDFs (ICBC and client copies)
Distribute monthly payment plan documents via DocuSign and monitor for timely completion
Inventory & Office Coordination
Manage inventory, stock orders, returns, and transfers between agency locations
Oversee courier shipments, including ordering, receiving, and distribution
Conduct monthly POS checks
Maintain organized stockroom and storage areas
General Support
Provide administrative assistance to the fleet team as required
Support special projects and other duties as assigned
Our Ideal Candidate
Previous administrative experience, preferably in an insurance or professional office environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn brokerage systems
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Team-oriented, proactive, and resourceful
The expected salary for this role ranges from $45,000 to $50,000. Annual salary will be determined by factors including prior experience, location, business segment, and relevance of the candidate's skills to the role.
