This is a design-led role. The strategy and copy are handled — your job is to bring the brand to life visually through strong layout, typography, hierarchy, and storytelling.

- What You'll Own
* Design visually compelling email campaigns in Figma
* Turn static content into engaging, scannable layouts
* Establish clear hierarchy and flow within each email
* Create modular systems that can scale across campaigns
* Design with mobile-first thinking
- The Kind of Designer We're Looking For
* Have strong taste and attention to detail
* Understand layout rhythm, whitespace, and typography deeply
Know how to design for conversion without making it look "salesy"
* Can create emails that feel editorial, premium, or bold — depending on brand
*Think beyond "blocks stacked on top of each other"
Understand the constraints of email and design smart within them
* HTML skills are required — but design quality is the priority.
- Portfolio Requirements Please include:
* Figma email design examples
* Before/after examples showing how you elevated basic content
* Screenshots or links to live campaigns
* Examples of modular systems or design systems (if available)
* We're looking for designers with strong visual thinking — not just template assemblers.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
