Our content focuses on psychology, particularly grief, so we are looking for someone comfortable approaching these topics in a respectful, calm, and thoughtful way. Creativity is essential to us: we believe art can accompany, comfort, and help connect people within the grieving community.
The main focus is visual creativity: selecting images, proposing music (when relevant), and creating visually coherent posts. The copywriting does not need to be final; we will refine the text together (it will be in Spanish).
What we are looking for:
• Strong visual sensitivity and taste
• Ability to select images that match a theme or mood
• Ability to suggest appropriate music for short-form video (when needed)
• Clean, minimal, or poetic visual style preferred
Scope of work:
• Packs of 4 posts at a time (static posts and occasional short-form video/Reels)
• 2–3 visual proposals or references before finalizing each post
• 2–3 revisions included
• Final deliverables: files ready for upload to Instagram (JPG/PNG for images, or properly formatted video for Reels)
• Paid images may be acceptable if approved in advance (up to €20 per pack)

• Portfolio or examples of visually sensitive or aesthetic work
• Your price for a pack of 4 posts
• A brief description of your process for developing visual concepts
Tone and style:
Calm, refined, and visually harmonious rather than loud or commercial.
We have a visual identity / brand style guide that will be shared, and the work should respect and develop this visual language.
We are open to starting with one paid test post before committing to a full pack.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
