What you'll do:
• Build and maintain websites (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Optimize for SEO (on-page, technical, and basic strategy)
• Create and manage lead funnels and landing pages
• Integrate forms, CRMs, and automations
• Edit short-form and long-form video for social and web
• Create graphics for web, social, and marketing materials
• Improve site speed, performance, and user experience
• Track analytics and help refine conversion strategy
What we're looking for:
• Strong web development skills
• Solid understanding of SEO and how to drive traffic
• Experience building funnels that actually convert
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Video editing skills (Reels, YouTube, ads, etc.)
• Someone who thinks like a marketer, not just a developer
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Able to work fast and communicate clearly
Bonus if you have:
• Experience with construction, real estate, or home services
• Branding and content strategy experience
• Paid ads or analytics knowledge
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
